Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie was inspired by Tia Ward’s Skincare Smoothie. She's so charming and has absolutely beautiful skin. As she was listing the ingredients, it was everything I could do not to cringe, but if this is what gives her that beautiful glow I figured it was worth a shot.

Turns out, this smoothie is amazing! I'm not big on fruit but the combination of everything together tastes like heaven. Because I have to be negative about something, there is a downside to the smoothie, it's not a meal replacement. I was hungry like two hours later, unfortunately this just wouldn't do as a post work-out smoothie. So I tweaked it a little bit:



2.5 tbsp frozen Raspberries

2 tbsp frozen Blueberries

1/2  Banana

5 second Honey squeeze

1 c Soymilk

1/2 c Coconut Water

1/2 c Green Tea 

Cinnamon to Taste

Nutmeg to Taste; 

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 c Ice.





Add ingredients solids first, liquids second, honey, peanut butter, and ice last. Blend until all ingredients are to your preferred consistency and enjoy!
