⸺ PRIMER ⸺
Yves Saint Laurent Eclat touche blur primer $52
If you're an Oh, Victoria regular, you know by now this is my ride or die primer. It makes any foundation look incredible, wears all day long, and even makes you coffee in the morning. I have yet to find a primer that holds a candle to the YSL Eclat Touche Blur Primer. It glides over your bare skin, blurring your pores, making your skin baby smooth, and foundation goes on like a wet dream. Shit, this primer paired with the DiorSkin Nude Air Serum foundation could find you a husband (or wife). To this day, I still believe this primer...
Lately, foundation and I have not been on good terms. Either my skin is misbehaving or new formulas are just shit. So in a final attempt of reconciliation, I went into Sephora looking for a foundation that would restore my faith in makeup. Welp...as you would have it, I left with a whole lot more than just the holy grail of foundation. But, the way I see it is, I've been working very hard the past few months, so I think I deserve to splurge on a few luxury items AND my self-justification says every item I purchased, have had nothing but rave reviews, so my life is about to change for the better. So if you want to see what I bought and all the dirty deets, then just scroll your little booty on down below.
I spend a good chunk of my life perusing the internet, well, YouTube, if I'm being honest. I've come across a lot of beauty videos, and I have to say there's some talent out there. You have your "superstars" who put in a lot of work to advertise and have millions upon millions of subscribers, but that's not who I'm talking about. I have 5 YouTube Beauty Gurus who I absolutely adore and think are entirely underrated. They're talented, they have great content, and they're genuine.
