Damn, Daniel! Back at it again with the cold shoulder. This time we're staying cozy, cozy in Dover, Delaware. We took a little weekend trip up to Northern Virginia to visit my best friend and the wineries, of course. But I had a little business to conduct up in Delaware and fell in love with this quaint town's historical charm. If any of you are a Gilmore Girls’ fan, you’d feel right at home. Especially, with this gorgeous fall weather to truly set the scene.
As for this cold shoulder sweater, I'm in love. I was so excited to finally be able to break this baby out and experience a true fall, complete with changing leaves and the beautiful red brick. This is the first cashmere piece I have ever owned and I will never go back.
Happy Fall, ladies! Like every fashion lover, I'm obsessed with fall fashion, and am so happy to finally be able to pull some of my favorite pieces back out. I'm the girl who will never not wear black, but that doesn't mean I can't be feminine. Although this cold shoulder top was a little pricier, I would still dub it a must have. Aaand I found it for you for half the price I paid, you're welcome 😌 . It's so versatile, you can wear it when it's warmer during the day and into the cooler nights.
I discovered the Happiness Boutique about a year ago and fell in love with these statement necklaces. They're so unique and really jazz up any outfit. The best part? They're so reasonably...
Whether you're just dabbling in the world of makeup or you can't leave the house without it, everyone wants to make sure they're sending their hard earned dolla billz on quality products.
⸺ PRIMER ⸺
Yves Saint Laurent Eclat touche blur primer $52
If you're an Oh, Victoria regular, you know by now this is my ride or die primer. It makes any foundation look incredible, wears all day long, and even makes you coffee in the morning. I have yet to find a primer that holds a candle to the YSL Eclat Touche Blur Primer. It glides over your bare skin, blurring your pores, making your skin baby smooth, and foundation goes on like a wet dream. Shit, this primer paired with the DiorSkin Nude Air Serum foundation could find you a husband (or wife). To this day, I still believe this primer...
When I was a teenager, up until I was about 21, I was in an abusive, codependent relationship. He was my first serious boyfriend, so I guess I didn’t know any better; I thought that’s just how guys behaved. He slowly chipped away at my self-esteem and everything I did for him and for us was taken for granted. He was extremely controlling and gave me absolutely no respect. I felt like I had to hide things that made me happy, lose weight before I would visit him, and just sit there and accept when he would get drunk and yell at me, call me nasty names, or brag about cheating.
After that relationship ended I was devastated, but I was also extremely relieved. I had alienated a lot of my friends and I was away at college, my family was two hours away. So I didn’t have a very strong support...
Lately, foundation and I have not been on good terms. Either my skin is misbehaving or new formulas are just shit. So in a final attempt of reconciliation, I went into Sephora looking for a foundation that would restore my faith in makeup. Welp...as you would have it, I left with a whole lot more than just the holy grail of foundation. But, the way I see it is, I've been working very hard the past few months, so I think I deserve to splurge on a few luxury items AND my self-justification says every item I purchased, have had nothing but rave reviews, so my life is about to change for the better. So if you want to see what I bought and all the dirty deets, then just scroll your little booty on down below.
